AB SO GLUTE LY!!! Strong is where it’s at!!! It’s exciting and empowering and never ever too late to start. I’m working on pull ups and it’s such a challenge. I used to be able to do about 7 when I was in my 40’s. Can’t do 1 now at age 67. But I’m determined!
