      the advice about starting with lighter weights is good, that worked for me.

      1. Update (3/28/2024):

        essential to work on maintaining both muscle and bone, through exercise and nutrition.

      AB SO GLUTE LY!!! Strong is where it’s at!!! It’s exciting and empowering and never ever too late to start. I’m working on pull ups and it’s such a challenge. I used to be able to do about 7 when I was in my 40’s. Can’t do 1 now at age 67. But I’m determined!
