      I agree Pegeen! I couldn’t stop reading even though I felt queasy and even hopeless. I hope we can learn from all of this as a society and realize we need to move forward together.

      I hesitated to post this it’s that dark. But like that proverbial train wreck, I could not stop reading it - it’s Jill Lepore’s fault! There is much to ponder here as painful as it is but worthwhile none the less. By the way, Mary Shelly rules. Check out Lepore’s story The Strange and Twisted Life of Frankenstein. It’s awesome.
