I’m assuming this story is true but it doesn’t seem possible. I have far too many questions because of the gravity of the situation and the lack of concern of those involved. The loss that this young man and his family has endured is unimaginable. And no one is being held responsible? If this happened to either one of my kids, you better believe I would do everything I could to make those responsible pay. This is outrageous.
😯 this was incredibly emotional to read. I wanted to cry for the dude and his mom whilst simultaneously beat the shit out of his best fucking friend... what an asshole.
Ps. You know it’s been a good read when you can’t get yourself to write a polite comment
The way the author writes about this experience reminds me of the Stroke of Genius lady speaking on having a stroke.
A Gift of writing Incredible Description - the climax of the actual experience. The section regarding future campus apartment residents and how they would react to the nuances of the history of the space is Really Well Imagined.
The pain and trauma and lack of administrative humanity and lack of Taking Responsibility in this read leaves a deafening tone of a phone off the hook.
Wait. What did I just read? Wow.
