        @haje this is so good!!!

        Through upbringing and schooling, many of us are dealt technical skills. And yes, those are necessary to function in society. But the ‘creative eye’; or a connection with our emotional selves, if you will; is neglected.

      YESSSSS!!!! One of my absolute favorite episodes of Star Trek was when Spock was able to feel his emotions. VERY powerful for a young, oversensitive girl who grew up in an era where men were not encouraged to show their emotions. For anyone interested, there is a fabulous free 9 page PDF called Your Emotional Vocabulary List by Karla McLaren. She is a leading authority on Emotional Intelligence and I found her work life changing.
