      I still haven’t drank in 2022.

Maybe this is the year I commit being completely sober?

Time shall tell. This is an article for the sobriety curious

10/10 recomend at least a dalliance with it (3+ years sober over here and zero regrets). Love a good dry January adventure :)

She vaguely refers to Ruby Warrington's Sober Curious and that is SUCH a good read for the sober curious, how she frames that you're not giving anything up but just realizing and embracing the fact that adding a substance doesn't necessarily make a great experience any better. I never realized how much I was missing as a social drinker, just for sake of turning down the volume on life (even though we assume drinking turns it up)

Love this. It's nice to see other nuances of sobriety. You don't have to be a falldown ruin your life drunk to find more value in life after drinking. Sometimes you just find more life, less distraction, and a juicier existence. Love it!

I found this article fascinating, could not stop reading it. Part of it was because this is a young person and I am now a “senior citizen.” It was interesting to be inside her mind, thinking her thoughts, feeling her emotions. Her drive and ambition was a runaway train in a way that was foreign to me. I found myself admiring her tenacity and willingness to try different things, to find her way. I loved the last 3 lines.
