This does seem a little overboard but I can relate. When I was in school, after I would read a chapter in any subject, be it science, history, geography, I would take notes on what I felt were the main important facts. When it came time for a test, I could “see” the answer on my study sheet. For me, writing things down does imprint it on my brain. The same is true for my New Year’s resolutions. Now, I start each day with intentions but instead of writing them down, I use EFT tapping. This is a form of energy work there you stimulate the meridian points on your body to connect your intention within your heart/brain axis. This is an emotional feeling technique and really resonates with me.
