This is important! My husband and I were watching the women’s beach volleyball. I have to say I was really shocked at their uniforms. It seemed so odd to have what almost looked like thongs as a uniform - what’s the point? I found it disturbing and wondered who was behind this decision. I could feel my Irish while reading this article. Women are not pawns to increase viewership. This needs to change!
