I think anyone who follows legitimate news will be aware that globalization as we’ve understood it is on the decline. Because I’m so individualistic myself, I cannot at all see the appeal of authoritarianism except that I do understand how off- putting elitism is. VERY complicated but a worthy exposé on the problem.
I am not astute on world politics and found this article an interesting perspective. David Brooks has a very clear and methodical way of writing that makes complex issues more understandable. I would be interested in knowing what other readers feel about his opinion. From my limited view, he made complete sense.
