There is no I in the m team. Winners don’t quit quitters don’t win 😎
Absolutely horrific and insane that this is a true story, I am curious to read more about this though!
Reading this made me both sad and angry! Why cant people choose how they use Facebook, why should facebook control that and why is everything only about revenue? I see my friends and family oogling over those who get a job and BIG FAT paycheck at Facebook and many master-degree-student-friends giving advice and advocating to join this "awesome" company. For what? If people are not allowed to change it for the better, why is it ok for these companies to exist? Why isnt ethical stuff allowed on facebook while misinformation and all other bad things are allowed to interact with and live on facebook? Makes me sad and angry :(
I really hope that people like the writer come up with ideas to stop this madness!
So so excited for this and if you're not on readup, get it nowww :D
Intriguing, would it alter reality or is it way to trick yourself or is it just like antibodies you inject to fight and keep you alive? Idk, interesting nonetheless! I hope people use it the right way and get what they expect from it!
Wow, this was a beautiful read! Humans are complex, our emotions complex and dealing with grief and death is so hard, especially when everything is so unexpected and unfair! Somehow reading this makes me think of the state of affairs at Afghanistan today and it makes me very sad, very sad that there can be cruel, power hungry humans that create havoc at the cost of innocent lives!
My heart goes out to all the families that lost their Bobbys and to all the Bob Snrs still on top of their mountains ♥️😢
Damn that was a lovely read before sleep!!!
Figma is a huge inspiration to me! It got me more excited about creating wireframes and designs and articles like this inpsire more and excite me even more!! Love that user feedback is key to product development. Go go go Dylan and Figma!!! <3
If you want to see change, you need to incentivize change. For example, if you want to see Microsoft have a heart attack, talk about the idea of defining legal liability for bad code in a commercial product. If you want to give Facebook nightmares, talk about the idea of making it legally liable for any and all leaks of our personal records that a jury can be persuaded were unnecessarily collected. Imagine how quickly Mark Zuckerberg would start smashing the delete key.
I meta quote deephdave :p An interesting read!
oh yes yes, I def find my happy with Sheena and TRID's videos. I actually LOL :p
As I read this, I am grateful to be living in Finland. It has indeed been a land of opportunities for me and has indeed kept me very happy despite it being 5000 kms away from my family.
Can only imagine the amount of pressure athletes are under, and to perform without spectators must be that much harder too! More power to them!!
ooo risky and I think I am also leaning towards the "don't steal her thunder" club! Interesting nonetheless :p
New hobby alert!
Refreshing to read something positive every now and then. Yes, like the writer says we still need to wait for Glasgow to see what the leaders are actually going to do but indeed it is thrilling that big promises are being made and discussions on how to actually keep them will happen soon!
110000% vouch for cycling trips 😎 Such a fun read!
Humans and their desires are weird :(
Ofc no one wishes to cause harm but I find it a bit bizarre that we desire to make a spectacle of everything without thinking about its consequences or worst-case scenarios :(
Want to gather the courage to do this sometime!
