      I was pleasantly surprised when the story swapped POVs from landlord to tenant. This is a sobering reminder of the financial, economic, and social complexities that became exacerbated in the US during the pandemic.

        Yes, I really appreciated this as well. It was I am certain not an easy journalistic feat to pull off getting both to agree to the interview and it engenders some real empathy from "both sides" and forces you to hold the complexity of the issue through a deeply personal lens that feels equal in weight.
