Exactly!!! Dancing is free expression, Life Force in action, a temporary escape into my own world of total blissed out embodied joy. Where there’s a dance floor, I’m on it - with or without a partner. I never eat at celebrations that have a DJ or band - I’m fed by my endorphins!
