Great advice. I am going to soon be 67. So I can say with some authority that a lot of people my age blame aging as the catch all to their problems. But they will be the first to admit that they don’t eat right, exercise or have interests that bring them joy. Margareta’s advice about not being afraid/sad about aging is key. And I think the only way to feel genuinely great about it is if you have taken good care of yourself during your lifetime. It’s never to late to start.
Exactly right! I have close friends who are sick tired and blame everything on getting old. I’m 64 and I say “ I’m getting older but I’m not getting old! I’ll give into that in 20 or more years. I’m so excited to travel this beautiful world and meet the fun and interesting people in it. It’s never too late to start and I’m now changing my diet to adapt to my changing body.
