Important insights. I certainly got the message when young that I was not worthy. Also not enough or powerful. It was not only religious influence, it was cultural as well. It’s not to blame, more to recognize and decide for myself. I have been patiently undoing those messages my entire life. It’s a process and a really worthy one.
