Very exciting, very hopeful. My brother in law died of Alzheimers, so I know first hand the devastation. I’ve attended two on line week long Alzheimer’s summits and listened to hours of truly hopeful and inspiring research and success stories. There is quite a lot one can do now, before even getting a diagnosis, to prevent the disease, which is now being called Diabetes 3. It’s very much linked to Diabetes and Heart Disease, both of which my brother in law had. What is solid advice for everyone - eat a whole food diet, drink plenty of water, exercise and get quality sleep.
