I think the potential use of psychedelics in a controlled environment in the treatment of different mental conditions and end of life anxiety to be welcomed and explored. The studies mentioned here sound promising. I would certainly pay for the experience from a spiritual perspective. It would be great to go beyond an “ego tyrant” and let go. I love the idea of the brains of children are like those of people on psychedelics - kids are essentially always tripping! Love it!

The available vocabulary isn’t always up to the task of recounting an experience that seemingly can take someone out of body, across vast stretches of time and space, and include face-to-face encounters with divinities and demons and previews of their own death.
