I have had a good deal of experience with women in power, mainly white women. And it has often been disappointing. Judges, CEOs, lawyers, bankers. I see among them an identification with the aggressor that creates exactly these kinds of situations. I hope we can move past that. Become better humans. I know how hard it is to work in a traditionally male-dominated field, but mimicking what we stereotypically think of as bad-boss behavior serves no one.
