      I don’t have an issue with tweens asserting their independence via clothes. But what I take extreme umbrage with is older men and women who wear shorts. Dear God, cover up, especially when going out to dinner. Don’t get me started on sandals and yellow toe nails!

      I've always called people who bundle up above the waist and then wear shorts "thermally confused."

      My old boss used to wear shorts every day of the year. He's in his late 40s. I think part of the reason he does this is so that people can see his tattoos. I know the feeling, but I'd rather people just see the tattoos on my legs when it's warm enough!
