I love this! Yes, I did not know the harm I was enduring during the pandemic with all the Zoom interactions. It sucked me dry. I, too, felt so flat, deflated, unmotivated and exhausted. I also began to experiment with myself post pandemic - or nearly post. I found myself rebelling against the idea that Zoom was my “future.” No way! I am now exercising each morning outside - early before it gets too hot. I’m eating better, cleaner and less because I’m engaged in more activities. I signed up for an exercise and writing class through the adult school. I am off line and really enjoying interactions with real live people - it’s rejuvenating! I love being in nature, seeing other people working out, fishing, boating, walking their dogs. It’s life - real life, life that I have totally missed since the shut down. Sheltering in place sucked and I had the most ideal situation. My heart really goes out to all who had to endure so much worse - how could this not affect us? I’m all in for being my own experiment and the results are stellar thus far - engagement is so energizing and vital. I feel so much better not staring at a screen!
