I can’t stop thinking about this one. I first read it on Thursday (last week) and now it’s Monday morning and I’m still thinking about it.

Clothing is fascinating. Fashion is fascinating. I wear basically the same thing every day and I’ve been tricking myself into believing that I’m somehow "above" fashion, but of course there’s really no such thing.

      Lots to chew on.

There is surprisingly a lot to chew on! I’m still thinking about this one because I love clothes and personally use them as creative expression. The 60’s influenced my style greatly. I love color and fluid, flowing non-restrictive clothing. It has to feel good - be comfortable. Thrifting is an art form and I have been doing that my entire life. I find it so exciting because you can find all eras of clothing in such stores. I love to dress up and go out to dinner. It’s not about presenting myself to others as much as finding my own expression. Once while walking down the street in Lambertville, a man stood in front of me with his hands forming a frame. In a french accent he said I looked like a painting. One of the best compliments ever!
