I read an article a while back (behind a paywall and in a gibberish language) built around a ranking of vegetables by a Swedish dietitian based on how much nutrients the vegetables contain. No big surprises in the top 4 (spinach, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli). The last part of the article however is a comment from a representative of the Norwegian Directory of Health that they think rating vegetables like this is counter-productive, and instead encourage everyone to "eat vegetables of varying shapes and colours". And I guess that's pretty much the morale of this article too; vary your veggies (and fruits and berries and legumes and whatnots).

Good choices.
