The great thing is I really do feel as we get older and get to know ourselves, we find this sense of knowing what is true.
I agree with you!! It is the “golden” in the golden years. Continuing to get to know myself can be humbling but even hard truths can be calming.

This was a fun read. I laughed out loud when I read, You’ll be attracted to people as fucked up as you are. For some of us, second guessing was all we could do about everything. It can really hold you back and drive you crazy.
I laughed at that part too. Then it hit me how true and sad it is to be trapped in that cycle.
