What a freak show. I'd love to know the details of the internal debate at Soft Bank about the valuation. I wonder what the bull case for WeWork is. After calling them on their tech bluff there doesn't seem to be much there.
Over the past few months I was occasionally working out of a small independently run co-working space. This place was a total hole in the wall run by 1 or 2 people but that didn't matter since all of the tech necessary to manage such an operation has already been commoditized.
