Powerful, truthful. Aging is the great equalizer. And gratitude my answer to it. Being “seen” is important at every age, best to make it more than skin deep. Letting go is not becoming a sloth or not caring, quite the opposite. It’s making peace with the process that, for me, brings more gifts than disappointments. We are all going to die, the big question is how are you going to live.
