Buying a tongue scraper today! I was doing the oil pulling and really loved how clean my mouth felt. Going back to that also. Dry brushing feels great. Love it. Got the squatty potty and do the cold ending, which is so difficult in the winter. But I can feel how invigorating it is. Excellent advice.
