Great little article. I can totally feel the difference in my own life when I start each day connecting within myself through meditation and deep breathing. It’s very grounding. When I do this practice consistently, I feel much more balanced, calm and centered. Science has validated the fact that any form of meditation regulates our central nervous system, takes us out of our ancestral limbic fight or flight response to a more relaxed, expansive and creative relationship with life where we are in flow, allowing more ease and grace.
