Your pupils are dilated thereby shifting you into a vigilant and battle-ready state. You body prepares itself for the action to come.

      Physical activity is the single most efficient strategy to complete the stress response cycle, and recalibrate your central nervous system into a calm state.

      This is true for me and I need to take it more seriously
