      most of us fail to hit these daily nutrition goals

      I've heard the opposite, that most of us do in fact get enough vitamins and minerals, and that supplements have little documented effect.

      Take this with a grain of salt, and eat your veggies.

      Nice! C, D and Zinc were obvious and are well known. Curcumin is new to me but sounds great.
