Original post title is "Overserved" (not sure what happened to it!). The concept of being "overserved" is so prevalent today - I recommend even just reading the first paragraph to get a sense of it (then reflecting on how may be affecting your life).
It's a bit sad that these points aren't givens, but thank you to Brian Dixon of Kapor Capital for writing them out in an understandable, actionable list!
I wish everyone who left a job would share more about why they did, as Bari does here. Although she may be getting backlash from the left, I applaud her choosing to speak up. More voices should be heard.
Being real & truthful with ourselves in these current times is critical, especially when it comes with (having to push through) some guilt...
