      The “prescription cascade” is so scary - doctors prescribing meds to their patients and then meds for the side effects of those meds - yikes!

      I had never heard the term “de-prescribing.” I’m happy people, including doctors, are talking about this.

      There’s a quotation from my yoga teacher training: We have so much to unlearn here.

      A good article about something that's not really appreciated by doctors. While I Believe that psychiatric medications can be lifesavers, they are often overprescribed, and getting off of them can be awful, as my personal experience has shown me.

      Oh god. Ten!

      I read this in three separate sittings across two days. It’s extremely powerful. Required reading for everyone who sometimes feels totally insane - which is almost everyone.. right?
