Great piece on "dopamine fasting". I find myself too often unlocking the phone for emails, messages, apps, etc. (not even social media!)
I liked the approach to combine the Intermittent Fasting window with the "dopamine fasting" window. Which means for me no articles, instant messages, emails (on the phone), Twitter, ReadUp, until I'm done with my workday. I'll think about how I will implement it asap.
I have installed and deleted the Pinterest app at least twice. While I love the creativity that I find on this app, it can occupy too much of my time. They still send me notices each day and I just automatically delete them. It feels liberating and giving me more actual time to be creative.

What's your take or what is working for you?

Some great reminders and tips on how to abstain from dopamine for a while. Some annoying spelling/grammar mistakes.
I agree! The article did have some really good suggestions but the mistakes in the writing were somewhat distracting.
