I agree that it is disheartening. So what my recourse always is: show up as my best self and work within my own life to make those I come into contact with throughout the day seen, heard and appreciated. Even those with rough edges and scowling faces. Love, kindness and respect are always needed. Support organizations that are doing a lot of good around the world - prayers and money really help! One person, one day, then multiply that - The Real Revolution Will Be Love. That is a bumper sticker my neice bought me years ago while on vacation. It’s a great mantra!
