I have found myself in the thick of grief many times. However, that does not feel like a safety net. Each grief experience is different. I am at the age now where more of life is behind me than in front. I’m endeavoring to remain open and present to the now, instead of fearing the unknown. It’s a practice and it takes faith and courage. And for me, embracing a Power beyond my limited thinking.
