I can see that as a young person this might be a fun experiment - what can I live without? And that it could lead to lots of creativity and amazing experiences. But it’s certainly not for everyone, especially someone who wants a family or who is a lot older. There are many ways to be conscious of your consumption that are less extreme but still very creative.
