LOVE this SO much!!! This article brings up a completely different take on the word meditation by saying that what we focus our attention on is a form of meditation. Brilliant! And it is a vibrational mechanism whereby if we are focusing on lack, more lack will show up. Focus on gratitude and more to be grateful for will show up. Practice formal meditation and free yourself of this hamster wheel!
