Back in the late 70’s I took a college course called Death and Dying. It introduced me to the fabulous work of Elizabeth Kubler Ross. She said, “It’s people’s denial of death that allows them to lead such mundane and meaningless lives.” I agree with Barbara Becker’s advice, “Live with the end in mind.”
