Ha! I (68) just carried, with my husband (81), a 4ft round heavy glass table top, around 60lbs, down 2 flights of stairs and across the parking lot to our car. I can get up quickly from a chair, run up a flight of stairs and hoist my bag into an overhead compartment. Yes, one needs to move, strength train, stretch and practice balance and mobility. Life is easier when older and in some kind of fitness shape. Don’t wait, it’s never too late! You CAN do it!
